The Role: Closer, Builder, Connector

Mighty Pro is Mighty Networks’ highest level of service, strategy, software, and AI.


We’re seeing $1M+ launches every month when creators and brands have the option to launch on their own mobile apps and websites in just a few short weeks.


With over 425+ of the most successful brands, entrepreneurs, and creators on Mighty Pro, this is a senior sales role to bring even more of the top digital businesses onto Mighty.


This Mighty Pro Account Executive role runs their own pipeline, fielding inbound interest and developing relationships with brands, entrepreneurs, and successful creators—showcasing the value of Mighty Pro, determining if they are a fit for Mighty Pro, and closing the deal when it makes sense for both parties.

You’ll be leading the charge, working directly with high-value clients to show them why Mighty is the only partner they need to hit the next level. If you love winning, if you love seeing businesses thrive because of what you bring to the table, this is your chance.

Your Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Pitch what is a legitimately phenomenal solution for creators and brands. Mighty Pro has been ranked the #1 community platform by G2 for 8 quarters running. Combined with a killer product roadmap and the top strategy experts on paid courses and community in the market, Mighty Pro’s results are unmatched in the market.
  • Quickly immerse yourself in the power, flexibility, and wins of Mighty Pro—absorbing the examples of successful Mighty Pro Hosts and building your own understanding of our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Dive Mighty’s proven framework for community building taught in our People Magic masterclass and learn how to leverage it to meet the needs of Mighty Pro prospects.
  • Take prospects through our structured sales process, where we personalize the business case, the strategy, and clear vision for how they’ll win on Mighty Pro.
  • Identify opportunities in Mighty’s sales process to drive higher conversion and increased lead volume—growing Mighty Pro to a new level of scale.
  • Maintain a clear and accurate pipeline to extract data for learning and scaling the sales process and your own effectiveness.
  • Advocate for materials, processes, and playbooks to help prospects achieve their goals—whether they ultimately choose Mighty Pro or another plan.
  • Enjoy a generous sales compensation package and working on a highly collaborative team.

What You Bring to The Table

  • A proven track record in exceeding revenue goals across multiple sales organizations and environments. You’re someone who loves to win.
  • Direct experience selling high ticket products and services with a consultative approach.
  • Expertise teasing out goals and results, then matching them to a solution.
  • Excited to learn Mighty’s product and a broad set of use cases.
  • Demonstrated clarity in articulating a value proposition and business impact.
  • Extraordinary communication skills with the ability to capture a value proposition quickly in the most compelling way possible.
  • Discipline in managing a pipeline—both selling to fast-moving and longer-term strategic deals.
  • A strong grasp on the value of clean and accurate pipeline data to achieve results—both your own and in setting up the most successful customer relationships.
